1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Lucky8 ("the Platform," "we," "us"). By accessing lucky8.st, downloading the Lucky8 app, registering an account, or placing any wager or game bet, you accept these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all games, services, and features available on Lucky8 — including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, fish games, slots, deposits, withdrawals, and account management. They work together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which you are also encouraged to read.

Lucky8 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to Lucky8 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Lucky8 does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• Location: Lucky8 is intended for players located in the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted or prohibited do so at their own risk and responsibility.
• Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Persons under legal restriction, including those under court-ordered financial conservatorship, are not eligible to play.
• One account per person: Each individual is permitted only one Lucky8 account. Creating duplicate accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

Lucky8 may request identity verification documents at any point to confirm a player's eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when asked may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration & Verification

When registering a Lucky8 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of your account and forfeiture of any balance held within it.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before processing your first withdrawal. You will be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID. This is a standard financial compliance requirement designed to protect players and prevent fraudulent activity. Common accepted documents include a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity on your account — including bets placed, funds deposited, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility once your credentials have been used to log in. OTP (one-time password) verification is required for sensitive account actions. Keep your registered Philippine mobile number active and accessible to ensure you can always complete these checks.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Lucky8 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Lucky8 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies, and players should not attempt to use payment services that involve currency conversion.

Deposits

Deposits may be made via approved Philippine payment channels, which currently include GCash, Maya, and local bank transfers through Philippine mobile banking or online banking platforms. Lucky8 does not accept deposits made through credit cards or cryptocurrency. Any such payments will be declined and returned where possible.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals are available via GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank accounts. Processing times vary by method. See the Withdrawal page for details.

Lucky8 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal that is unusual in size, frequency, or origin. This is a fraud prevention and account security measure.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on Lucky8 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market being played. These rules — covering bet settlement, odds formats, cancellation policies, and live betting mechanics — are available within each game or betting section on the platform.

• Sports betting: Bets on pre-game and live markets, including PBA basketball, boxing, volleyball, football, and esports, are settled according to the official result reported by the relevant governing body or score provider. Lucky8 reserves the right to void bets in cases of technical failure, incorrect odds publication, or force majeure events.
• Casino games: All live casino games — baccarat, roulette, blackjack — are operated in real time with human dealers. Disconnection during a live game hand does not guarantee a void or cancellation; the outcome of an in-progress hand will stand.
• Fish games & slots: Results are generated in real time. Once a game round has been initiated, it will run to completion. Disconnection during a round may result in the round completing and settling without visible player interaction.

Lucky8 prohibits the use of automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any external system designed to gain an unfair advantage. Accounts found using such tools will be suspended and all associated winnings forfeited.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Lucky8 may offer bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. The specific terms of any promotion — including eligibility requirements, wagering conditions, validity periods, and applicable games — will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. Players should read these terms before claiming any bonus.

General rules that apply to all Lucky8 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per individual, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Specific requirements will be stated in each offer.
• Lucky8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus conditions — including through coordinated play or the use of multiple accounts — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses associated with those accounts and may result in permanent suspension.

Lucky8 does not guarantee any specific return, win rate, or outcome associated with bonus play. All gaming involves inherent risk regardless of whether promotional funds are in use.

7. Responsible Gaming

Lucky8 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform is for entertainment only and is available to adults aged 21 and above. Lucky8 strongly advises all players to:

• Set a fixed budget in PHP before each session and do not exceed it.
• Treat gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Lucky8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where there is a reasonable suspicion of:

• Providing false or fraudulent registration information
• Underage gambling or facilitating access for minors
• Use of automated tools, bots, or third-party software to gain unfair advantage
• Collusion or coordinated play between multiple accounts
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers
• Suspicious financial activity that may indicate money laundering or fraud
• Chargebacks initiated against a deposit made to Lucky8

When an account is suspended for investigation, funds held within the account will be withheld pending the outcome of that review. Lucky8 will communicate the result of any investigation as promptly as practicable.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Lucky8 support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure — subject to any applicable withdrawal conditions being met — will be returned through the player's verified payment method.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Lucky8 platform — including but not limited to the Lucky8 name, logo, interface design, graphics, game elements, software, and text — is the intellectual property of Lucky8 or its licensed content providers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Lucky8 platform without express written permission. Unauthorised use of Lucky8 content or trademarks is prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Changes to These Terms

Lucky8 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For significant changes, Lucky8 may notify registered players by email or through a platform notification.
